About this site
This website is a pre-launch waitlist and information site for Access El Salvador. It is not the complete Access El Salvador application. It does not currently provide real estate brokerage, legal, or financial services, and Access El Salvador is not a real estate brokerage.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the Access El Salvador waitlist is free and reserves a sequential waitlist number for the email address you submit. Submitting the form does not create an account, a membership, or a contractual right to access Access El Salvador by any specific date. Each email address may hold one position: submitting the same address again returns your existing position rather than creating a second one.
Founding 100 programme
The first 100 valid unique waitlist signups receive numbered Founding Member status and the benefits described on this site. Founding Member numbers run from 1 to 100; once all 100 are assigned, later signups join the general waitlist and still receive a waitlist number. Duplicate submissions of an email already on the list do not consume an additional Founding position.
Founding status is not equity or a security
Founding Member status is a recognition and access programme only. It is not equity, not an ownership interest in Cargon Private Access or any related entity, and not a security or investment instrument of any kind. It does not entitle you to any share of revenue, profit, or proceeds, carries no voting or governance rights, and promises no financial or investment return. It also does not guarantee access on any specific date.
Founding-member price protection
Founding members who choose to activate a paid Access El Salvador membership may retain their original founding-member price while that membership remains continuously active. This is a pricing benefit, not a promise of free or permanent access to Access El Salvador. Final eligibility terms, pricing, and conditions will be presented before any activation, and no payment is requested at waitlist stage.
No guarantee of access date
Estimated launch and access timelines shown on this site are current estimates only, are not binding, and may change as Access El Salvador completes platform testing and property verification.
Verified listing commitment
Access El Salvador intends to establish and maintain a minimum of 20 verified active property listings before members receive full platform access. Twenty is a minimum operating commitment, not a maximum, and does not describe current live inventory. Access El Salvador may pause or limit member invitations if verified active inventory temporarily falls below that minimum.
No investment or legal advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice. Access El Salvador's listing verification supports due diligence but does not guarantee a risk-free transaction and does not replace independent legal review. Obtain independent legal counsel before entering any real estate transaction.
Planned functionality may change
Platform capabilities described on this site are planned or in development and are presented as such. Access El Salvador may add, change, delay, or remove planned functionality as the platform is built, and the final product may differ from the previews shown here.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist and not to submit fraudulent, duplicated, or automated signups. Access El Salvador may apply rate limits and automated abuse protections, and may decline, remove, or void a registration — including Founding Member status — obtained through fraud, impersonation, automation, or other abuse of the programme.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Access El Salvador develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
