This website is a pre-launch waitlist and information site for Cargon Private Access (CPA). It is not the complete CPA application and does not currently provide real estate brokerage, legal, or financial services.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the CPA waitlist is free and reserves a sequential waitlist number for your submitted email address. Submitting the form does not create an account, membership, or contractual right to access CPA by any specific date.
Founding 100 program
The first 100 valid unique waitlist signups receive Founding Member status and the benefits described on this site. Final eligibility terms for any paid CPA membership, including founding-member price protection, will be presented before activation.
No guarantee of access date
Estimated launch and access timelines shown on this site are current estimates only, are not binding, and may change as CPA completes platform testing and property verification.
No investment or legal advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice. CPA's listing verification supports due diligence but does not guarantee a risk-free transaction or replace independent legal review.
