Information Access El Salvador collects
When you join the Access El Salvador waitlist we collect only what the form asks for: your first and last name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the user type you select, your preferred language, and an optional referral code. We also record the date and time you joined, your assigned waitlist number, and — if you are among the first 100 valid unique signups — your Founding Member number.
How Access El Salvador uses your information
Your information is used to manage your waitlist position, send you your confirmation and occasional updates about Access El Salvador's progress, prepare your future access invitation, and protect the waitlist against fraudulent or automated signups. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.
Service providers
Access El Salvador relies on a small number of third-party infrastructure providers to operate this waitlist: Supabase (database hosting, where your signup record is stored), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). These providers process your information only to deliver those services on Access El Salvador's behalf. Their infrastructure is located in the United States, which means your information is transferred and stored outside El Salvador.
Email communication
Access El Salvador sends a confirmation email when you join, and occasional updates about platform progress and your access invitation. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time — every Access El Salvador email supports your mail app's built-in unsubscribe control, and you can also simply reply to any Access El Salvador email or write to the support address in the footer of this site. Essential messages directly concerning your waitlist registration, such as your access invitation, may still be sent while your registration is active.
Referral tracking
If you arrive through a referral link or enter a referral code, Access El Salvador records that code alongside your registration so referrals can be attributed. Access El Salvador may also record the web address that linked you here. Referral information is never shown publicly, is never attached to your name or email in any public view, and does not affect your own waitlist position.
How your information is protected
Individual waitlist records are not publicly readable. The public counter on this site shows only aggregate totals — how many positions remain — and never exposes any individual's details. Access to the underlying records is restricted to Access El Salvador's server-side systems.
Fraud and abuse protection
To keep the Founding 100 fair and the waitlist accurate, Access El Salvador applies automated abuse protections, including limits on how many signups may be submitted from one source in a given period and checks intended to distinguish real visitors from automated scripts. For this purpose Access El Salvador stores a non-reversible, irreversibly hashed identifier rather than a plain record of your network address, retained only briefly.
How long Access El Salvador keeps your information
Your waitlist registration is kept while the waitlist is active and while your Founding Member or waitlist position remains meaningful — so that your number can be honoured when access opens. If you ask to be removed, your registration is deleted. Abuse-protection records are short-lived and discarded automatically.
Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe from non-essential Access El Salvador emails at any time. You may also request a copy of the information Access El Salvador holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your waitlist registration to be deleted — email the support address in the footer of this site and Access El Salvador will action the request. Deleting your registration releases your waitlist and Founding Member number, and rejoining later starts from the current position.
No guarantee of access date
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on any specific date. Timelines shown on this site are current estimates only and may change.

Access El Salvador's listing verification process supports transparency and due diligence. It does not eliminate all risk and does not replace independent legal review. Anyone considering a real estate transaction should obtain independent legal counsel before proceeding.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Access El Salvador develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
